i prefer in these podcasts for it to be completely synchronous. Syncronicity is the magic of synchranicity, says Mark O'Mara. We had a member of our community telling a story about how there were two people. who disagreed on the topics, but they were working through it and being really civil. It was all enabled by this notion of syncronicity. There's just magic in that that its really, really hard to raplicate, isynchronously.
