How to Be an Anxious Person

Many people have a limiting belief or kind of wrong view about themselves there. I've shared a lot on the podcast about having an increase in understanding of myself heard a lot of self concept, however you kind of want to say it, as being a bit of an anxious person. And what I often find when I evaluate that belief is that most of the time I'm actually not anxious at all. It's really helped me kind of reframe that aspect of myself identity.
