Cholisideromy and Diarrhea

Biolacids are making it further than they're supposed to in causing diarrhea. You just give them an empiric trial cholisideromy and hope it goes well. That's always the worry I think for me with those agents, the patient's always on something else that I'm worried about. So it is better to make sure you have that diagnosis.
