The Role of Self Disclosure in Leadership
There's this constant sense of being drawn along by the need to be the same. So, if I missed too many pots on the green and it goes in the sand trap now I got to get my wedge out. And then put the ball into the sand trap. It doesn't end up being a diversity of experience. Even when you're supposed to be doing something that's rewarding or, you know, now. But maybe we share some similar cultural backgrounds that, that make this more relevant to us. Or maybe all human beings.
