Kyle Shanahan's Organizational Philosophy: Schism Theory

Trey Lance was a major, major mistake by the San Francisco 49ers. Kyle Shanahan wants someone with whom he can just take all that genius and put it into his head. I think they saw him as this raw clay that Kyle could mold in a way that he's never really been able to on any other quarterback. It won't work because they gave Lance a little window fair or not. He didn't hit it. And now Shane has like very little window.
