The Story of a Silent Alarm
Cindy James was found dead in her garage by a police officer. Her hands had been tied behind her back with a black nylon stocking and another was tied around her neck. Cindy's mouth was covered with gray duct tape and crusted blood formed around her nostrils. The silent alarm registered to Cindy James was received approximately two and a half hours later by Aussie Caban security company.
