"I think healthy people saw it as a reset. Like, okay, what are we going to do differently now?" "Not everybody handled it in a healthy way," she says of the aftermath of COVID. "It's almost like if 2020 was survival, sometimes when you're in the middle of trauma, you don't necessarily process it until later." 'True healing is happening, but it has to happen from the inside out,' he adds. "'We just need people around us who will help us get through this' -- I love that scripture calls the Holy Spirit our counselor,'" his wife writes.
