I was getting very frustrated at just prescribing pills all the time for problems. And I sort of, of my own back, would weed the research and think changing a diet is probably going to be helpful. But again, there are many people out there who who have quite a bit of red meat, it seems to do really well with their mental health. Other people I see, they transform their diet from a heavily processed Western diet. They go whole food vegan. And they seem to be thriving as well.
