The Future of Consulting
The way that this market will change to your question is LMS are changing the way that entry level work is being done across the entire corporate world. So really entry level consulting where people are just writing SQL queries or doing very basic non-analytical work are going to be more difficult to find high paying jobs that do that. What's not going away though is the apprenticeship model that is developed in consulting firms and in many other kind of industry jobs as well. And by pairing experienced minds who are very in demand to do kind of a variety of different things with younger graduates who are just building their career and their brand, that's a model that I think works.
