The Difference Between Prototype and Mass Market Pro

There's a huge difference between, yea, we have a successful prototype in a restaurant, and we're on the store shelves next to the beef burghers or the impossible meat. A lot of companies are saying they're still a couple o years away from even having a real prototype out thare. But i do think that difference between prototype and actual mass market pro is making a difference in how much animal slaughter is in the food system.
