What Are the Marks of Growth Done Badly?

Growth is about getting the pieces of a puzzle together. Companies that continue to be very silod in their approach won't grow well, he says. And so i think you can throw a growth person into the mix, but if you don't take that time to kind of unwind the old way of doing thingstey're just going to bounce and bump their heads against the organization. The biggest mistake people are making is not looking wholistically at how people actually get value from this product. That's what enabled my workshop with Microsot which helped them adjust to now being one of the best businesses in the world.
