How Did You Get Into Dami?
The author is the child of two yale economic professors. He says his parents really liked their job and that he knew it was an option. The children of academics, i think, have to be more likely to become academic for some e things, some other reasons. But i'm not sure there was anything else specific, other than some kind of genetic link to enjoyingtoing research and the fact that this is a good job that they enjoyed.
