The Importance of Personal Values

I think it's worth you sitting down and thinking of what your values are because there's kind of a spectrum. The things that are very important to me in a workplace are, I would say kind and smart people is the number one thing. Some people value being challenged more and having more conflict to produce good ideas. You don't like just tons of conflicts in fighting? Well, physical fighting is okay. If you just put on the sumo suit and just battle it out to determine who gets to pick the front end architecture, that’s fine. No, I mean, I would saying I value more collaborative environments over more aggressive competitive environments.
