How to Be a Successful Designer
I like to do my creative work first thing. I find that if I open up email and start coordinating and doing project management and writing proposals, it drains me pretty quickly. It's really hard work and it can kind of kill the creative mood sometimes. So I have to be really careful about how I manage my schedule and my workload to make sure one doesn't start taking over the other.
