Why I'm Glad I Separated the Two
96% of black entrepreneurs are sole proprietors. That means that the rest of the people are one man bands, one woman band. So why would I talk to them as if they have a whole bunch of employees? And that's super, I mean, that kind of analysis is super smart. You know, you want to niche down enough where you can directly address their needs in a way that almost nobody else can but also don't want to be too specific where you just don't have enough viable clients to make it work.
