A lot of the Psalms begin with really angry raw kind of accusation of god and a real acute suffering but as David all the Psalms to ever has written it talks through talks to god they almost talk through their emotions. I think one of the dangers for people who are going through agony and suffering and loss is that you get stuck in this place of despair and hopelessness, he says. The love of others and then expert psychiatric and psychotherapeutic help which was able to to help me to move on have enabled him to reflect more deeply about his own sufferings.
