Danny Altman is a Professor of Immunology at Imperial College London. He has long COVID, which means he suffers from chronic fatigue and other conditions that affect the body's immune system for years on end. After his second infection Danny developed something called POTS - heart rate problems when standing up. The best advice out there actually is coming from the wonderful ME community who have been suffering with Chronic Obstructive Vigorous Immune Deficiency (CODI) for decades. They say pacing can help you get through your days but it isn't a cure or any more effective than regular medication.
