The Benefits of Meditation

A study in 2022 looked at 50 students napping. The individuals who did this sort of meditation mantra during the time of their naps increased their deep sleep by 81%. There was another study to the meditation, just meditation techniques on deep sleep. So I don't think that we can really overstate the value of meditation and our mind state when we go to bed.
