What Is Scatter Focus?

The zigartnic effect essentially states that we store unresolved tasks at the front of our mind. The waiting for list accommodates that by relieving that specific mental burden. If you think back to when your best, most brilliant ideas have struck you, you probably weren't focused on anything. We actually think about our goals 14 times as often whenever our mind is wandering, verses when we're focused on something. And researchers such as jonathan smallwood, jonathan schooler, refer to this as our mind's prospective bias - thinking about the future forty eight percent of the time.
