Sally Kohn: The potential for billions of people to be displaced and mass migrations is scary. She says there's no way our way of living can even remain remotely close to what it is now. Kohn: When you've got people fleeing from one country to another, a lot of people will develop animosity toward these newcomers that are taking the jobs or causing their rent to go up.
