Ida, I Think It's Hard to Nail That Balance
Ida: My greatest concern is that often people either have overconfidence, or underconfidence. I feel like we live in a time now where we're so busy trying to make sure that we're heard,. Paula: We don't spend a lot of time finding people that have different opinions than us. It's hard to nail that balance between being confident enough to trust your own knowledge and instincts yet humble enough to listen to outside advisors.
