A patient with an elevated PSA, elevated isopSA, I would definitely proceed with a biopsy. If there's any suspicious lesions on that, we would target those. And in addition to that, do a standard template of random biopsies just in the event that there's some prostate cancer in the areas that did not show up on the MRI. It may be hard for insurance to pay for an MRI in somebody who has never had a prostate biopsy but it seems like it's getting a little bit better.
