How to Fast for 24 Hours

The 16-hour fast is the most effective type of fast that I've ever seen. It's easier to do than a 24 hour intermittent fast and it's also more effective. Here you're going to choose two days of the week instead of just one. So if we start on Sunday evening, I want you to eat dinner on Sunday evening then skip eating food for 24 hours on Monday. And then I'm going to repeat that process on Thursday. The goal is to get to approximately 24 hours.
