Transgender Boy in a Florida School District
The case involves a biologically female trans boy who wants to use the male bathroom in a school in Florida. The current policy is that if you are transgender, that you are provided gender access to a gender neutral space. Now during the course of this plaintiffs enrollment at the school, apparently there was some top surgery. There was no bottom surgery. So at all times there was a genitalia of female, there was female genitalia.
