There are different options available to you in stress situations yeah another thing that's happening a lot in the architecture industries we're seeing more and more architects wanting to be developers. The thing that stops lots of architects from entering into development is finance what advice would you give to like an architect who want to move into doing their own developments? I think one someone once told me that if there was a good deal there to be done I a good project there will be a way of arranging it so I do they give me a call right but no to answer your question I mean like you have to do research first to find out what you can what you can buybut as I say there are different
