Investors only care about one thing once they give you the money, when do i get my money back? And how much more of it do i get than i gave you? So with a dry cleaning store, they are hard to sell. When they sell, they don't sell for big multiples of what people put into them. They're great for the entreponur in generating cash, but not necessarily great for the investor. The really smart investors who want to get great return a look for fast growing companies.
