I've Never Used a First Party Apple Package in My Projects

I've basically never used any of these like sort of first party Apple packages in any of my personal projects. I feel like they don't feel truly built in in the same way that, you know, stuff that its in foundation does. They add this level of unreliability to what is already a fairly janky build system which fails half the time for no apparent reason. So having Apple move all of their stuff into packages makes them feel more like third party libraries rather than part of the thing that they provide that's built in.
