What Is Mathematical?

Until not much more than a hundred years ago, people had no idea how animals actually moved. And my bridge's work was so striking and attracted attention because suddenly you could freeze an animal moving,. And people lookedat it must have been amazing at the time. But i want to get back to this, the mathematician pobic, or the math pobic individual. Many of the people for whom you write are people who themselves are unabashedly interested and excited and cur about mathematical things.
