Bob Greene: I remember going down the same street that my dad drove me down in this carriage looking at the Christmas lights and he didn't have a house there. He said, "I thought, wow, here I am with my kids on the same street with the now the ability to pay $600 an hour to go look at Christmas lights" It goes against some conventional wisdom of, you know, again, feeling like you'd be to show office or something out of their element, but rather than it being like, I'm actually surprised you haven't gone and bought a house in that community just to buy a houses in that community, right?
