Introduction

I've never had an album that's felt like this. I'm going to be working with a great team of musicians who are my neighbours, which is pretty crazy. We were really locked into a small neighborhood cul-de-sac vibe during the main part of the lockdown and got to know G-Hane Lee and Rob Berger very well. They've got to know them super well. It's quite a special event this recording session really - because I do have this connection now with all of them that goes way beyond just sort of hiring a bunch of very talented session musicians. There's something magic about that.
