Do We Still Need New Cove 19 Vaccines?

We do have a lot more vaccine available of all types. And we are reaching the point where soon there will be vaccine doses for everyone. However, there is still a lot of difficulty reaching everybody. There clearly is a need for vaccines with different physical characteristics and those that don't require cold chain storage. We're not getting vaccine everywhere it's needed.
