How to Divide Your Time With Your Students

At our department, it's 360 students. Over three years, there are about 30 students in each class. The big challenge is to keep them engaged because they're all different. Some people like puzzles, some like studies, someone just want to play. Most don't like to listen for very long. So the general thing is to talk as little as possible. And practice as much as possible. We will often start with a puzzle. Sometimes it's easy, but for instance, we can start a class with solving puzzles somehow. Just absolutely anything.
