I would buy software or equipment before I had any concrete use for it. Little by little the costs would add up. It got to the point where I was almost afraid to keep track of my spending. So I have a challenge for you today. I’d like you to run an audit of the tools you’re paying for right now and think about which ones are vital for your business. The ones that aren’t? Consider cutting them out for the time being. Ask yourself — "Do I need this right now? Is this going to help me, or is it just distracting me?"
