Donald tramp has sued the committee with respect to something else, not with respect to steve bannon. But he has taken legal action regarding documents that the committee sought from the national archives presidential records. This is a case that has just been filed in a federal court in washington, so that has to now work its way through the system. I'm kind of surprised that the former president let the national archives have his documents in the first place.
