What's Your First Reaction When Someone Writes You Back?

Unnesseh: I give a lot of feedback to people who send me things, friends of mine. When someone writes back, this book's awful, my first reaction is Anger. She says she has an emotional reaction to it, but her editor is always right. Unnessehs: We have to come from different points of view. It can't be mine or yours; you have to help me with that point of view.
