How to Avoid Being Biased

The Red Team Blue Team is a form of peer review. The idea there is that if I just rely on the Blue Team, they may create a good product,. But it is inherently going to have all the biases the Blue Team has. If I bring just one other team in, I increase the odds that we're going to create something that isn't as harmful.
