The Long March by Peter Collier at Encounter

Peter Collier was an amazing editor. He edited my book The Long March, which was one of the encounters first titles. So there's a new criteria and come out four times a year or more. It doesn't have to even have graduated from any institution to apply. And we're just starting one in honor of Peter Collier at Encounter, which I hope we'll be able to start it this summer.
