The Importance of Zone Two

I enjoy AC because if I go out for a nasal only breathing run, I come back in that kind of Zen like meditation state. It's very chilled. You don't need three hours of zone two. That's actually in exchange for a lot of things that you should be getting in your life anyways. So well, what concerned me around it is I will walk at below the target where he's talking about with my dogs for an hour a day. But I'm totally fine with this big push to give people the move at a lower intensity for longer. Very much.
