Do you enjoy going into a business that is pretty good? But man, if we unlock these one or two things, then it can be absolutely amazing. What I enjoy the most are the best companies that are performing incredibly well. And then when I go in and coach them, there's always something that's messed up. And I say, that's what I want to deal with. And then we do, and then we fix it. And then that company that was already doing incredibly well, then starts going like this. That's what I love the most.
