The Reality of Sports Administration

I hear it around the world. I'll go somewhere and someone will say, Wayne, you don't know what it's like here. And I'll go, well, the sports really conservative. The administrators, oh, they're really out of date. They don't really understand about progression. We're losing kids in their mid teens. All the kids seem to fall out of our sport in their mid teen years. It's the same everywhere. Every sport around the world... But that's again, is right around the world."
