What Have We Learned From This Pandemic?

M, i think we've learned that we're pretty fragile as a species. We kept the lights on through the whole pandemic. And if everybody can stay healthy, maybe there's one small blessing in this organizationally. M, everything from distributed clinical trials, a distributed workplace to productive ways to connect and communicate from home. The thing i most worry about, other than innovation ind this different way of working, is engaged engagement.
