The Executive Branch and the US Constitution

When you're talking about the US Constitution that's held in the National Archives or that F 16, there's another branch of government involved. So remember, the legislative branch is going to Trump. The CIA printer paper on which the classified materials are printed out by the CIA is just as much paid for as the F 16 is by Congress. It's all paid for by Congress because Congress is the only thing that could pay for anything.
