Is Overhead Pressing a Good Alternative to the Trap Bar Deadlift?

I really like single leg RDLs which I typically do with either a dumbbell or a kettlebell that was my number two. Some people put overhead pressing in their program out of a sense of obligation when in reality they just maybe don't even need it. The only thing we really need in here to round out your shoulder contribution is a couple lateral raises and we should be fine but yeah that's my two cents sweet.
