I don't think this is real self-management as I see it and as I envision. But I do see that we are already offering more autonomy. We are offering clear expectations about the work that people should do. It's not centered anymore in the figure of the manager, right? So they can actually establish processes that are going to be implemented at least in their own circles. Another thing is they are not working in small groups of teams anymore. They have a general circle meeting where everyone is meeting and exchanging ideas"
