ACE Inhibitors and ARBs in CKD Patients?
In the Stop-Ace trial, you had patients whose JFR was steadily declining. So that's a population in whom rascinabition would be beneficial. But there was definite decrease in kidney replacement therapy with the discontinuing. And especially, I mean, we have some older data that is controversial of using imdurn hydrolysine instead,. specifically in black patients. We just don't have a head-to-head comparison that's high quality to say that ACE inhibitors and ARBs are better for heart failure.
