If you have 1.6 million dollars coming in over the next three years, you can use that to buy a bigger and bigger portfolio. Once you've built a big enough portfolio, you can then switch and then start paying off your properties. The most aggressive way to build a biggest possible portfolio is be hyper aggressive about acquisition until you hit your target maximum.
