Travis Scott's career had some precedents. He was arrested in the wake of lalaplusa in 20 teen because he had encouraged the crowd, like, ignore security, let's rage bum rush the stage. And then 27, he was arrested, and for similar stuff, at a concert in arkansas. During this concert also, he was calling for more people to jump off the balcony and saying that the crowd would catch them. It sure is in the venu you're talking about in manhattan. I've never been, but i certainly know the types of groups that play there.
