The Double Diamond: A Work Process for Design
The double diamond is the work process for design. The idea is that you'd kind of open up during the first diamond and consider all the ideas and possibilities that you might want to, that might be correct for your situation. And then towards the end of that part of the process, you decide on the thing that you're then going to take further to development. Now, Dan's criticism of the double diamond was that it's very linear. Whereas the discovery phase is very chaotic.
