Are We Facing Transitory Inflation?
The federal reserve feels backed into a corner cause they adopted the language of, we believe this is transitory. The only mechanism that exists for the fed to use interest rate policy to target aggregate demand is to crash the economy. They can't raise interestrats and suddenly oil production goes upk its. That's just not the way the system works. I think it's very scary what we're engaged in.
