A few years ago, Clavio's lead investor was this guy named Paul Ferris from Azure Capital. I cannot say enough good things about Paul. He put like, he put his money where his mouth was. When I had problems, I gave him a call. Let's figure out how to solve this together. We were selling the business and so once there was a, we were driving for a lot of people from Palo Alto up to San Francisco probably in like May of 2021 or something or March. His advice: Don't sell this business for less than $100 million. You're making a ton of money. PNG wants this business more than you want to sell it. And
